Responsibilities
o Produce content and appropriate elements for NBCU Academy external and internal development videos, programs, panels and presentations
o Create content on any platform online, in-person or virtual for NBCU Academy external/internal events and engagement experiences
o Build journalism courses focusing on best practices from the NBCU News Group
o Pitch story ideas for all editorial content
o Push and market DEI efforts and content through constant communication channels ?EUR'' emailed newsletter, internal and external outreach and social media blasts
o Research and book external and internal guests for NBCU Academy events
o Monitor NBCU Academy social media accounts and Youtube channel
o Keep on top of current news events and DEI trends

Qualifications
/Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

o Bachelor's degree preferred
o At least 3 years of experience in media, preferably news
o Must have interest in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion efforts

Additional Job Requirements:

o Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends.
